For this upscale North Shore Long Island condominium, we worked around its existing dynamic terrazzo flooring and warm brick element to create a boutique environment complete with a sleek, shimmering fireplace. Complete architectural renovation of residential hallways, custom woodwork, colorful abstract art and curated accessories embellish the fresh sense of style.

2 Spruce Street
History is important to this century old Tudor condominium building in Great Neck. Keeping the traditional look but with a Modern twist — that was the quest. Refacing the wood paneling, adding additional millwork in lighter colors brightened up the walls and ceiling. Textured fabrics, modern lighting and fabricating a cast stone fireplace mantel with a gas insert, enhances the space while keeping tradition alive. The ambiance of this entire Modern Tudor lobby and entry has been elevated in a style befitting this beautiful residence.

40 Stoner Ave
Modern elegance is featured in this distinctive North Shore Condo building. Utilizing a uniquely geometric wall covering as a jumping off point, all fabrics and leathers pulled the gold, silver, copper and taupe coloration into play. Custom porcelain tiles with warm wood inserts continue the theme, as does the sparkling pendant chandelier. Multiple mirror placements and styles, reflect the outside light to give this lobby a distinctive appearance that will shine for years to come.

Residents of this Condominium building on Long Island needed a refresh to take the lobby and hallway designs from 1980’s to today. By featuring large porcelain and natural stone, contemporary furnishings, strategic lighting modes and beautiful artwork, the owners are experiencing a revitalization that has enhanced the pride in their homes and is now reflective of today’s designs.
